Flag forges tri-service link

LEUT Geoff McGinley has won the 2001 Queen’s Gold Medal, a non-monetary prize awarded to the outstanding officer trainee in the RAN. CN.

MAJGEN Molan took command of the College on August 22. Personal flags have been recently introduced for use by Army two stars in command of joint Defence organisations.

MAJGEN Molan said the new flag, with the ADF badge as the main theme, should be regarded as an enduring symbol of enhanced joint education and training as the ADC forges stronger joint links between the three Services.
