Evolver was brought in by Public Affairs and Corporate Communication (PACC) to overhaul the news section of the Defence website.

E-Navy News, like the other two service e-newspapers, used to consist of an editors selection of 10 news stories only.

Thanks to Evolver's expertise, the entire paper can now been viewed, including all stories, letters, pictures and other features, including the cartoons.

“The last two editions of Navy News can be seen in full on the web. Archives of past editions are still available through the links, though these of course are in the old format,” he said.

“This new e-news format brings us into line with other commercial newspapers and opens up whole new reader markets for us”.

E-Navy News is updated on publication day each fortnight and, commencing with this edition, there will be a feedback facility to allow site visitors to leave their comments.

E-Navy News can be found at www.defence.gov.au/news/navynews.
