Beware of split loan promotions
You have your own mortgage you are paying off ever so slowly. And you hear you can get an investment property and make all repayments off your own mortgage. The concept behind this split loan is that your own mortgage is not tax effective and there are not any deductions allowed.

WRA’s focus too narrow
Now that the dust has settled since release of the “consultation draft” of the proposed ADF Workplace Remuneration Arrangement (WRA) 2002-2004, the Federation can respond to feedback received and provide members with our views of the proposal.
