Approval given

The Governor-General has approved the award of the Australian Active

Fast new RHIB
The RAN is using a "fast" rigid hulled inflatable boat. Part of testing
will see it used during the Olympic Games for the rapid deployment
of clearance divers. The 7.3 metre craft is assigned to the Australian

HMAS DUBBO to investigate reports of illegal fishing on Browse Island,
240 miles north of Broome, were justified. A shore party found a dozen
