Private Fisher Ramp Ceremony in Vietnam
Brigadier Mark Holmes - Commander ISF East Timor: Today the Prime Minister of East Timor, Xanana Gusmao, joined us in Glen Oak where we have one of our forward operating bases in East Timor to thank the soldiers of Alpha Company 3RAR for a part of the Timor Leste Battle Group who are about to leave East Timor after 6 months service. During the process of him arriving the soldiers of the Third Battalion Royal Australian Regiment offered the Prime Minister a beret, 3RAR Beret, which he very proudly wore during his comments and remarked to the soldiers and when spending time with them over at morning tea. He was quite chuffed at the privilege of having the beret.
