Private Fisher Ramp Ceremony in Vietnam
MAJGEN Tim McOwan - Special Operations Commander: Today is a wonderful occurrence really. Whilst it's a sorrowful occasion in one sense, it's also a reasonably joyous occasion in the fact that we are able to bring home David John Fisher who has as you well know been lost for 39 years. I think it's recognition of the fact that we care deeply, deeply about our people and not only the individuals that serve within the Defence Force but also the families of those individuals who serve and ultimately as in David's case give their life for their country.
