Minister Clare visits HMAS Stirling
Minister for Defence Materiel, the Honourable Jason Clare MP, visited HMAS Stirling in Western Australia for a familiarisation tour of the facilities and platforms based at Fleet Base West.
During his visit he was given tours of the Torpedo Maintenance Facility, the Submarine Escape and Rescue Centre and HMAS Perth, being shown the ship's new Anti Ship Missile Defence (ASMD) upgrade whilst onboard the ship.
