3RAR Exercise Warfighter
3RAR conduct the Warfighter Exercise in Townsville and Tully to develop core foundational war fighting skills and enhance their force preparation. The Sydney based troops were evaluated on village and airfield clearances, enemy deterrence, community engagement training, evacuation drills, and general combat capability. The exercise ensures 3RAR assume Ready Combat Team (RCT) responsibilities. Combat Training Centre (CTC) ran the exercise from 15 – 26 March 2010.
