The Hayabusa spacecraft was launched by the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) in 2003. Hayabusa is scheduled to land in the Woomera Prohibited Area. (WPA)
Defence is making a major contribution to Hayabusa's landing by providing crucial support services to JAXA at Woomera.
