The 'Flying Females' Breakfast was the first of many events to be conducted in capital cities around Australia to introduce young women to the many benefits of a flying career in the Royal Australian Air Force.
The aim of the 'Flying Females' Air Force recruitment initiative is to broaden the pool of potential fast-jet pilots, to provide role models for later recruits and transfers, and to enhance its standing as an inclusive employer.
