Promotion Ceremony WOFF-AF
Warrant Officer John “JJ” Millar was today appointed Warrant Officer of the Air Force (WOFF-AF). He replaces retiring WOFF-AF Ray Woolnough as the most senior enlisted member of the Royal Australian Air Force.
