Deploying soldiers hold memorial service for Trooper Pearce

Soldiers who will deploy as the next Overwatch Battle Group (West)-4 (OBG(W)-4) to Iraq, paused during their work-up training near Townsville to pay respects to Trooper David Pearce.
The memorial service began at the same time as Trooper Pearce's funeral in Brisbane.
OBG(W)-4 includes soldiers from Trooper Pearce’s Unit, 2/14th Light Horse Regiment (Queensland Mounted Infantry).
