DSD and Microsoft join forces

The Defence Signals Directorate (DSD), Australia ’s national authority for information security, is to assess the security of Microsoft’s Windows Mobile 5 and 6 systems.
The Acting Director of the Defence Signals Directorate, Ms Lynwen Connick and Microsoft’s National Chief Security Adviser, Mr Peter Watson met after the Microsoft products were formally accepted into Defence Signals Directorate’s Australasian Information Security Evaluation Program (AISEP).
