Kapyong Parade for 3rd Battalion

The 3rd Battalion, the Royal Australian Regiment (parachute) has commemorated the 56th anniversary of the Battle of Kapyong, which took place on the 24th April, 1951 during the Korean War.
As a result of holding off a significantly larger Chinese force, the 3rd Battalion was awarded the US Presidential Unit Citation, the US Government's highest collective award for battlefield achievement.
