HMAS STUART participated in the Channel Nine Network live broadcast of The Today Show from the flight deck and other parts of the ship.
The Royal Australian Navy also unveiled its newest weapon in the fierce battle for trade apprentices, the Navy Lifestyle Internet site.
Prospective recruits will benefit from the website that uses computer animation to showcase a typical "day in the life" of a sailor on board an Anzac Class frigate.
The Navy Lifestyle website offers prospective recruits a "show and tell" experience that captures life in the Navy on board one of the ships that protect our national interests.
