and Member for McEwan, Fran Bailey marked the
commencement of the $2.7 million multi-function
children's centre being constructed at Army Base
Puckapunyal. In the company of Defence families
and officials, Fran Bailey, with a little help
from base children, turned the first sod of soil
to start the project, due for completion in December,
