The team will gather all relevant facts and information in the possession of the Australian Defence Organisation regarding detainee issues arising out of coalition activities in Iraq from the post-conflict phase in May 2003.

The team will also identify and address any issues which remain outstanding from the Senate Legislation Committee hearings of 31 May 04 to 1 June 04.

The team will provide as full a report as possible before the next sittings of Parliament on 15 June 04.
