PUBLIC NOTICE FOR ALL ROCKHAMPTON AND GLADSTONE MEDIA Public is advised there will be an increase in vehicle movements travelling on roads North and South of Shoalwater Bay during Exercise Talisman Sabre. Civilian Traffic may encounter large vehicles moving in convoy towards the training area. Exercise Talisman Sabre Spokesperson, Lieutenant Colonel Dick Filewood said "Due to safety requirements, some convoys will be travelling at lower speeds." "The Safety of our people and the motoring public is paramount; please take care on the roads. "We thank motorists for their patience and understanding."
