Latest images and vision from Operation Sumatra Assist
New images of Defence support to Operation Sumatra Assist in Indonesia are now available online at: http://www.defence.gov.au/optsunamiassist/gallery.htm
The stills imagery includes:
- Navy hydrographers surveying the canal to allow landing craft to deliver supplies ashore.
- The unloading of vehicles and heavy earth moving equipment from landing craft.
- Commencement of the re-building of the road by engineers with heavy earth moving equipment.
