MEDIA ARRANGEMENTS FOR POSSIBLE ADF EAST TIMOR DEPLOYMENT
Under a long-standing arrangement between Defence and the Australian
media, any potential media deployments with the Australian Defence Force,
would be coordinated by the Media Response Group (MRG) comprising members
of the each of the media disciplines.
Because the number of media representatives will be limited, the usual
pool arrangements are expected to apply (i.e. stories and vision must
be pooled with all other media outlets).
The MRG representatives for the various disciplines are as follows:
