Royal Australian Navy personnel from HMAS Harman and the Canberra region will 'be doing their thing' in this year's Clean Up Australia Day activities this Friday, 5 March. The Navy volunteers will pick up rubbish throughout the morning along Canberra Avenue from the Fyshwick traffic lights to the NSW/ACT border.

The Harman Fire Vehicles will assist with the coordination along Canberra Avenue.

NEWS EDITORS/CHIEFS OF STAFF: Media wishing to attend the clean up activities anytime between 8.30 AM and 12 noon should initially report to the 'Gangway' at the entrance to HMAS Harman for direction to a suitable clean up site.
