Head Defence Legal (HDL) and Director General Australian Defence Force Legal Service (DGADFLS) have proposed that the pending national professional conduct rules are adopted by Defence Legal Division. This will regulate the conduct of ADF and APS Legal Officers. This remains a work in progress, and finalised rules will be promulgated at a later date.
