Background
The Invoice Scanning and Imaging System (ISIS) is based on data imaging technology, and has been implemented to deliver significant benefits to Defence in terms of efficiency, including cost savings, timeliness and quality of financial data, as well as enabling Defence to meet legal and statutory obligations in terms of payment cycles and timely recognition of liability.
Defence Support Group (DSG) is in the process of centralising the payment of accounts across Defence into two processing centres, located at Puckapunyal Army Base in Victoria and Edinburgh in South Australia.
Transition
The ISIS Project Transition Team will be working in conjunction with other areas in Defence to ensure a mutually convenient transition to the CAPCs.
