The Defence Intelligence and Security Group (I&S Group) is dedicated to growing a professional and dynamic workforce with the skills and attributes required to achieve its mission. In order to do this, the I&S Group recruits a large number of graduates every year across many disciplines through a variety of programs.
The Altitude@DSD graduate program offers an entry pathway to recent graduates and those with post-graduate or specialist industry experience. Candidates in the graduate program undertake a rotation-based development and training regime designed to kick off an amazing and diverse career. The program is designed to offer high achievers an opportunity to gain a breadth of organisational exposure during three work rotations over 12 months. During this time candidates will acquire a diverse range of skills fundamental for a career in their chosen field, while also building professional and social networks across DSD, the National Intelligence Community and Defence.
