Mr Melham asked the Minister Assisting the Minister for Defence, upon notice, on 8 December 2004:
How many Australian Defence Force personnel in each armed service have been (a) charged with, and (b) convicted of each offence under the Defence Force Discipline Act 1982 (including offences based on Territory offences under Division 8 of the Act) in each financial years since 1996-1997.
Mrs Kelly - The answer to the honourable member's question is as follows:
Statistics covering the operation of the Defence Force Discipline Act 1982, for each calendar year, are included in the Judge Advocate General's Annual Report.
