ADF Pay and Conditions Manual
The ADF Pay and Conditions Manual (PACMAN) combines several sources of information on ADF pay and conditions policy. It provides our members' access to accurate information about both their legal rights and obligations, as well as access to administrative guidance.
Work Health and Safety Policy
The Defence Safety Manual, known as SAFETYMAN, contains policy on safety management systems and structures together with specific hazard management policy. SAFETYMAN is authorised as the primary Defence Organisation's OHS policy, it interprets applicable OHS legislation for Defence workplaces under Defence Instruction (General) Personnel 19-18. The document applies to both the Department of Defence personnel and members of the Australian Defence Force.

Fairness and Resolution Policy
Fairness and Resolution (FR) Branch within Defence helps create and maintain a working environment where diversity is valued and people treat each other fairly and with respect. The branch has policy responsibilities for equity, diversity, privacy and the integrated complaint handling system; it is also responsible for managing and providing advice on a broad range of complaint types (unacceptable behaviour, Redress of Grievance, Review of Actions, privacy breaches, AHRC and the Commonwealth/Defence Force Ombudsman).

Defence Procurement Policy Manual
The Defence Procurement Policy Manual (DPPM) is the principal reference document for Defence officials conducting procurement. It provides procurement officers and others involved in the procurement process, with the policy and operational guidance necessary to comply with Commonwealth policy.
