Portfolio Budget Statements
The purpose of the Portfolio Budget Statements (PBS) is to inform Senators and Members of Parliament of the proposed allocation of resources to Government outcomes by agencies within the Portfolio. Agencies receive resources from the annual appropriation bills, special appropriations, standing appropriations (including special accounts), and revenue from other sources.
Portfolio Additional Estimates Statements
The portfolio additional estimates outline additional funding requirements being sought by Defence and explain the variation between the Budget and Additional Estimates.
Defence Annual Report
The Defence Annual Report is the Secretary's and Chief of the Defence Force's account to the Minister for Defence of the performance and achievements of the Department for the financial year.
