The Defence Estate Quality Management System allows us to do our jobs well, adds value and gives confidence to our customers.

We cannot do our jobs well without meaningful feedback as it drives our culture of continuous improvement. Every employee, subcontractor and supplier has the ability to improve the quality of information on the DEQMS. The DEQMS reviews also help support our culture of continuous improvement and our ability to improve the quality of information on the DEQMS.

We welcome your feedback and suggestions on new topics, process and/or amendments to rectify inaccuracies. Formal feedback on the DEQMS can be lodged:

• via email
• via the Feedback and Suggestion Form accessible by clicking “Help me/Feedback ” link located on all DEQMS screens
• by calling 02 6266 8086 (tel) or 0400 414 503 (m) to arrange a meeting with the Defence Estate Quality Management System Team located at BP3-2-A068; or
• via regular DEQMS surveys.
