Tasking Statement

When Services are required a Task Request is issued to a Panel Member or select Panel Members or all Panel Members using this Template.


Tasking Statement Response

Following receipt of a task, a Panel Member is to provide a Task Response. You must also include a Task DCAP, quotation on the basis as requested in the Task Request and the Summary Matrix Table.



Official Order

Using this Template an official Order will be issued by the Authorised Engager for the provision of the Contract Services to which the Task Response relates.
