SBC Step 9 - Obtain Sponsor Approval
Activity	Considerations	Outcome
1) Provide the SBC to proponent branch and project sponsor for endorsement as modified. a) Under $4.5 million – seek endorsement and approval by DGIAD then sponsor. b) $4.5 million and over – seek endorsement from DGIAD and sponsor and seek DISC consideration.	A fully completed SBC which contains all relevant collated information.	Approved and endorsed SBC. Updated Plan by DIFP. Stored on project file, G drive and DEMS.
2) Inform DIFP to update Infrastructure Development Plan.
