Activity	Considerations	Outcome
1) Prepare final SBC for DISC considerations.	Include the considerations which have been provided so far. Include the preliminary parameters in which the DBC will be developed including significant risks and issues. The detail of the SBC should contain the scope estimate to a cost of plus (+) / minus (-) 30%.	Final SBC completed and ready for DGIAD endorsement. Stored on project file, G drive and DEMS.
