SBC Step 6 - Stakeholder Concurrence

1) Conduct final Stakeholder review of draft SBC and agreement to proceed.

Note: Stakeholders should have been consulted in the development activities. As a result, a second review may not be required at this stage – the relevant project staff may make this decision at this point depending on the scope of the SBC.

It is mandatory that at this stage environmental, heritage, risk and design acceptance authority reviews occur – allow two (2) weeks for this review to occur internally and for comments to be provided to the relevant Project staff

It is mandatory for DLPSI to be involved

A draft SBC which outlines all relevant considerations to ensure that options submitted have been carefully considered.
To confirm stakeholders concurrence and where this does not occur identify any divergent issues.
Feedback collated and stored on project file
