Activity	Considerations	Outcome
1) Undertake a generic risk review to confirm that the risks identified at the previous stage are still relevant. Also identify new risks relevant to this procurement activity.	Information sourced from Stakeholder Meeting. Previously identified risks New Risks Risk related to the Procurement activity Project Risk Tool (PRT)	Summary of risks documented in the SBC Plan and within DEMS.
2) Risk assessment to be conducted, using the Project Risk Tool (PRT) located within DEMS. This is to include Risk Treatments etc. The Risk Assessment is to involve all key Stakeholders.
3) Summarise the key risks associated with procurement and identify these within the SBC Plan.
