1) Using the options defined within the CSIR Part 2 review user requirements with the relevant areas who provide technical, strategic, regulatory, Regional and user considerations relevant to the SBC. Refer to below list of stakeholder for typical areas which should be included in this consultation process.	Building on the CSIR Part 2 review the stakeholder requirements and confirm that the issues and considerations identified are still current.	Confirmed user requirements Record the results of the consultation onto the project file and incorporate into the SBC.
