SBC Step 1b - Conduct Start Up Meeting with Stakeholders
Activity Considerations Outcome
1) Conduct the start up meetings with the relevant stakeholders. This meeting is conducted jointly by the relevant Project staff and the Consultant and is required to confirm the project parameters with the stakeholder.

Relevant Project Officer and Consultant need to agree on the following:

  • The process
  • Lines of communication
  • Key issues for the stakeholders
  • Confirmation of the parameters of CSIR Part 2
  • Timings of the project meetings
  • Confirmation of the scope of the project
  • NPOC issues
  • Information required
  • Expectations
  • Master Planning considerations
  • Clarification and confirmation of involvement and requirements
  • Start up meetings are captured and promulgated to the relevant project team members.
  • Stakeholders are provided with a copy of the minutes to ensure that agreement is reached on the start up meeting outcomes.
  • Minutes stored on project file, G drive and DEMS (if applicable)
