1) Prepare DISC Agendum Paper

Note:

a)refer to the DISC site within the IM which will provide policy on

• The process to be followed for inclusion of an issue for DISC consideration; and
• The DISC Agendum Template

b) Agendum Paper is to be provided 5 working days prior to each DISC meeting - SBC Project time line should reflect this.

• Options proceeding program provision for sponsor to identify off sets.

• DISC Agendum submitted to DISC Secretariat.
• Final SBC completed for relevant endorsement inclusive of DISC considerations.
• Stored on project file, G drive and DEMS.
