Project Planning Step 2 - Review CSIR Part 2 Outcomes
Activity	Considerations	Outcome
1) Projects >$4.5M - Source the outcome of the DISC considerations of the CSIR Part 2. The DISC outcomes provide guidance on the way-ahead that may be supplementary to that covered in the CSIR Part 2 documentation. Projects<$4.5M – source ASSPED approved CSIR Part 2.	DISC Outcomes CSIR Part 2 Resource Plan CSIR Part 2 files, relevant documentation and approved CSIR Part 2. Review of the CSIR Part 2 information within DEMS and review for SBC inclusion.	Confirmation of the Project requirements for the commencement into the SBC activity Documentation stored on DEMS, G Drive and the project file for the SBC activity created.
2) Review the approved CSIR Part 2 and ensure that DISC outcome has been incorporated.
3) As a starting point for the SBC review the Resource Plan (in draft form) developed through the CSIR Part 2 to agree with the scope defined.
4) Create a SBC project file for document management and source the relevant CSIR Part 2 documentation.
5) Enter the project into DEMS within the area designated for the SBC process. Review the CSIR Part 2 DEMS information for transfer of detail and relevant risks which were identified at the CSIR Part 2 stage.

Note:
CSIR Part 2 handover feedback is to be provided to the relevant CSIR Project officer for review of their business process. If applicable, these comments are also to be provided to the IM Quality Manager for inclusion in the IM Continual Improvement Process.
