The Infrastructure Management (IM) is Infrastructure Division’s (ID) within Defence Support Group’s (DSG) quality system for the management of the Defence Estate.  The IM is certified to AS/NZS 9001:2008 standards.  The IM provides a direct benefit to Defence and makes an important contribution to cost and risk management.  The IM provides a set of core policies, procedures and business support that cover the planning, development, delivery and disposal stages of the asset life cycle.
