Availability of information on the IM
The IM is a tool providing access to the processes, policies and documents that support the management of the Defence estate. It is available to Defence personnel in its complete form with no restrictions, through the Defence Intranet .
A modified version of the IM is available on the Internet so that customers, contractors and consultants can obtain a range of information such as the Suite of Contracts, template documents and general non-restricted information. |
Contractor/Consultant Access to Information
Contractors/consultants must firstly contact the relevant Project Officer/Project Director to source information not otherwise available on the Internet IM.
Defence staff are requested to not direct a consultant/contractor to the IM Internet Site for information without first confirming that the information is available on the Internet version of the IM. |
Tenderers Access to Information
Tenderers must firstly contact the relevant Contact Officer in conjunction with the Tender to source information not otherwise available on the Internet IM.

Broken links within the IM
The IM is provided on the Internet but please be aware that any link that is directed back into the internal Defence system will be shown as a broken link.
