IM Team Meeting with Sponsor

At the time you think you have a requirement to have something placed on the IM, you need to contact the IM Team by either calling them, visiting their work area or booking a meeting. The IM Team are happy to discuss your initial ideas and then advise you on the correct process to follow. The IM Team will work closely with you to make the process as easy as possible for you and to get your product published as soon as possible.

If you are creating a New Document the IM Team may advise you to follow the New Documents Process.

If you are amending an existing Document the IM Team may advise you to follow the Amendments to Existing IM Documents Process.

Version Control - Sponsor Responsibility

Within each page of the IM you will find information at the top left which defines the currency of each business process, tool and resource. The following is provided as an explanation of these dates and provides you with details of the internal review and validation process which is undertaken by the IM Management team. When you become a sponsor for information published on the IM, you will be notified when the Review Date is coming up and you are required to have a look at your information and make sure it's still current. If changes need to be made please advise the IM Team. Once the sponsor is happy the Review Date will be changed.

Version No - this will change when major changes and updates of the content occur.

Issue Date - this date defines the date any amendments have been made to the IM. This will include minor and major changes made to both the content and the web related structure.

Review Date - this aligns with the Review Schedule as defined within the IM Management area. This schedule outlines the Compliance Review process which occurs as part of the ISO 9001:2001 management requirements and allows for the processes and tools to be assessed against actual projects.
