Budget Year (Year Zero) – Quarterly Reviews Self Assessment

The purpose of the Self Review is to:

  • Encourage Regions to conduct their own review;
  • To confirm the end of year target outcome of the Regional Estate Maintenance Program and adjust where necessary;
  • Identify achievement to date against the target; and
  • Identify risks to target achievement and implement actions to mitigate risks.

Outcome:
Submission of Quarterly Review Report through ASEP and DGR&B to EFPO by the Region, using the self assessment process, rather than a visit from EFPO.

Activity

1) Two weeks prior to the Review By Self Assessment, EFPO will ask for the region to supply the up to date monthly Program Status Report to enable analysis for the Program AVA and Budget AVA updates discussed at the quarterly review meeting.

2)  Regions are to produce the reports in the Quarterly Review Information Pack.

3) The self assessment review is to be conducted in accordance with the Self Assessment Review Instructions.

The review report is to be produced using the Self Assessment Review Report template.

The self assessment review is also to address the specific requirements for the review being conducted.

4) Quarterly Review report submitted directly to ASEP and DGR&B, copies to EFPO, DBM-NOD and DAPA.
5) Regions are to keep the Estate Maintenance Program Status Report up to date on a weekly/monthly basis. This will greatly aid management of the program and will reduce the effort for each quarterly review.
