The CMS Project Manager will notify well in advance the date for Practical Completion of the Contract and the Commissioning and Handover of Works. DSG in accordance with the Regional Estate Maintenance Handover Policy will complete the processes to allow Handover to occur and to facilitate the Takeover and occupation by Defence users. Outcome:
