The Regional FACOPS Bid comprises the following:

CMC/CMS Management Fees;
Annual Fees & Levies;
Work Planning Fees, bid as Risk Managed Works;
Reactive Maintenance bids; and
Risk Managed Works, including;
- Maintenance works (according to 3 year forward funding guidance)
- Minor new works;
- Asbestos works;

Outcome:
Regional FACOPS Bids are submitted to National Office, comprising

Activity

1) Under cover of a minute from the Regional Manager the bid is sent to DEO (hardcopy or PDF). The bid is to contain the following elements:

A copy of each IA Maintenance Plan in the region whose signoff has included informing the customers. These should have already been supplied to DEO for the RFC;
A copy of the bid summary from the 3 Year Programming Tool spreadsheet;
A commentary about any points of disagreement in the bid; and
DEMS project records with Submit For Bid. Estate Operations will extract the DEMS information for subsequent national review.
