The Work Planning Fees category includes those activities that require some level of study, survey or audit to determine if actual maintenance works are required. 1) Create new Work Planning Fees projects as required and enter in appropriate project information. |
Work Planning Fees projects may include the following types:
All projects in this category are to be single year bids. Do not re-bid project that have been previously approved.

| 2) For the Estate Maintenance Bid year, enter the Work Planned Fee amount into the “Bid” field. | |
3) Prepare the Estate Maintenance Bid for consideration at the Regional Facilities Conference (RFC) by setting “Submit for Bid” checkbox to ‘on’. Determination of the Estate Maintenance Bid should take into account the following factors:
