The CMC/CMS Management Fees category must include all projects that define the Management Fees paid to the CMC/CMS provider for the management activities undertaken by the CMC/CMS in the implementation of estate maintenance activities. Outcome: |

1) Create new CMC/CMS Management Fees projects as required (eg those associated with the new CMC/CMS contracts) and enter in the appropriate project information. |

Only one project per region is required for each of the different types of CMC/CMS Management Fees. All projects in this category are to be single year bids. In DEMS, CMC/CMS Management Fees projects should be entered with the following identifying information:

Determination of the Estate Maintenance Bid amount should take into account the following factors:

| 2) Add financial allocation line(s) for the Estate Maintenance Bid year; | |
| 3) Enter the CMC/CMS Management Fees amount into the “Bid” field; and | |
| 4) Prepare for consideration at the Regional Facilities Conference (RFC) by setting “Submit for Bid” checkbox to on. | |
