Q0 Program Status Report From Estate Operations

1. The Program Status Report is initiated from the DISC decision and is sent to regions in January.  In order for the PSR to operate in the new financial year, all OC projects need to be added to the Program List tab.  The Program List tab contains the master list for the program.

2. The initial Program List is populated by Estate Operations and is based on the list of projects approved at the DISC and the forecast of OC projects known at the time as taken from the Q3 PSR from the year before.

Updating Allocation Amounts For OC Projects

3. For previously identified OC projects (those known to be OC back in January when the Q0 PSR was produced) the Regional Allocation (OC Projects Only) column “I” is to be updated with the GST exclusive in year allocation.

4. For OC projects that were not previously identified as OC, a new row is to be added to the Program List.  The in year allocation is to be entered into the Regional Allocation (OC Projects Only) column “I” and “Y” entered into the OC (Y/N)? column “D”.  The table will not work correctly if there are duplicates so you should check whether the OC project is already listed prior to adding.
