Physical Infrastructure Appraisal that require procurement of external service providers should be scoped to ensure that the information so collected accords with DSG’s IA process and is provided in a data format that allows direct entry into the DEMS IA module.

Physical Infrastructure Appraisals can be completed by the following methods:

• Conducted by Estate Support/Development Officer;
• Conducted by External consultant; or
• Conducted by the CMC.
