Outcomes of all activites

1) Prepare Ministerial Submission including:

• Letter for Parliamentary Secretary (Defence) to advise successful proponent
• Confidentiality agreement
• Media release (with Public Affairs clearance)

• Due diligence complete

• Proponent advised
• Contract exchange (and settlement as appropriate)

2) Finalise - Contract of Sale for contract exchange.

• Land Acquisition Act
• Terms of settlement (exchange and settlement can occur simultaneously)
• Security of purpose’ clauses and any other special clauses required by Finance and Housing)

3) Complete and distribute disposal notification Minute (day of sale)
