Activity	Considerations	Outcome
1) IAD Project Officer is satisfied services are completed in accordance with the contract	Design Services Contract	Design satisfies contractual and regulatory requirements
2) IAD Project Officer issues a letter informing the Designer that they have met their obligations under the contract	Contract may specify Consultants/ Contractor role extends beyond design Head Contractor & Managing Contractor Clauses 13.1; 13.2 and 13.3	Design satisfies contractual and regulatory requirements
3) Project Officers are to provide all final environmental impact assessment reports the Project Review and Assessment Coordinator (PRAC) for upload to Environmental Planning Information Tool.
