Activity	Considerations	Outcome
1) Projects >$4.5M (exGST) - Source the outcome of the DISC considerations of the SBC. The DISC outcomes provide guidance on the way ahead that may be supplementary to that covered in the SBC documentation. Projects <$4.5M (exGST) - source approved SBC.	DISC Outcomes. SBC Resource Plan. SBC files and relevant documentation as well as approved SBC. Review of the SBC information within DEMS-ID and review for DBC inclusion.	Confirmation of the Project requirements for the commencement of the DBC activity. Documentation stored on DEMS-ID, G: Drive and the project file.
2) Ensure that the DISC outcomes are considered in the outcome of the DBC.
3) As a starting point for the DBC review the SBC and/or the DISC outcomes developed through the SBC to agree with the scope defined.
4) Create a DBC project file for document management and source the relevant SBC documentation.
DEMS Update - Check the existing data within DEMS on the project. Enter (if required) any further project details into DEMS-ID within the area designated for the DBC process to update on the progress of the project. Review the CSIR Part 2 and SBC relevant DEMS-ID information for transfer of detail and relevant risks that were identified at the previous stages.
